I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, were all incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. The lady at the reception was a real gem, providing excellent service with a genuine smile. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with free use of wellness amenities such as the sauna, hamam, sanarium, and pool. The owner's honorable gesture of not charging us for a night due to a car issue showed their good nature. The location was also stunning, surrounded by amazing nature and offering a soothing view from the little terrace. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious food in a cozy atmosphere.

The wifi reception in the room can be weak at times.

Had a great Xmas stay with lots to appreciate. the hotel's location was excellent and peaceful. the room was kept clean with good size. the wellness services that were offered were free which was a nice surprise, and the restaurant turned out to be a great option for meals.
The internet was spotty and not very stable. This made it difficult to stream content or even check email at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a soothing view from the terrace. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and genuinely friendly. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the reception made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
